Some hospitals in rural areas of Africa remains the reuse of syringes and not practice health practices with blood born pathogens, etc.. Population density also has to do much with it, there is a lack of prenatal blood tests, etc..
Africa is where it originates. Education is also lower and there is inadequate health care.
